Step 1: Download the .ics

Works with any email/calendar client. If you use the email buttons below, the download can happen automatically.

Option A: Email (prefilled)

Recipients (comma/semicolon/newline separated)

Auto-download .ics when opening Gmail/Outlook

This opens your mail in a new tab with To/Subject/Body filled. You still need to attach the downloaded .ics file (the browser can’t attach files to webmail automatically).

Option B: Calendar (invite truly comes from your account)

These links prefill the event. You add attendees/guests inside the calendar UI and click Save/Send. (Guests are not reliably prefilled by deep-link URLs.)
